Refund Policy

As our products are custom made we do not accept returns for change of mind.

All care is taken to ensure products are packed with care, if in the unfortunate circumstance that a product arrives faulty, the customer must contact Evelyn Jay within 24 hours with photos of the fault to start the replacement procedures.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Where customised products require the customer to provide the information, it is up to the customer to ensure all spelling is correct before placing the order. Evelyn Jay is not liable for incorrect spellings given by the customer. In the event that an incorrect spelling is provided, contact Evelyn Jay immediately to organise a replacement product. Please note there will be a "re-cut" replacement fee of the cost of the customisable part of the product.

Perishable goods such as food and drink, and flowers cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for gift cards.

Please note that all screens and devices have different calibration colour settings which mean we cannot guarantee that colours will be an exact match.
