Shipping Policy

Please ensure that shipping details are entered correctly. Shipping labels are generated directly from the details you input, addresses are not verified.
If your package is returned to us because of incorrect details you will be required to pay for postage again.

Australian orders:

Due to hygiene reasons there are strictly no returns accepted for change of mind. If you have any concerns with your earrings please email hello@evelynjay.com.au.

Please allow 3-4 business days for processing your order, this does not include postage times.

Postal times vary depending on location and season, therefore we cannot guarentee shipping arrival times.
All orders are sent with tracking through Australia post, if you need to recieve your order quickly, we recommend selecting express post.
Selecting express post does not change processing times of your order.

International orders:

Evelyn Jay is not responsible for taxes/customs charged in your country, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please investigate your countries charges before purchasing.

Please be aware that we are shipping from Australia and our shipping processes may vary to your countries shipping. Shipping internationally may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. There may be
covid related delays that are out of our control.

All of our custom products are made to order within 2-5 days and are then shipped asap. If you require a quicker turnaround time please contact us before placing your order.
Please note some products may incur a "rush order" fee of $10 applied to the total of your order. You will be informed if your order qualifies for this fee at the time of inquiry.

Free shipping for orders over $99 excludes wholesale orders.

Local pickup is available for customers to collect in Port Macquarie only, if you select this option you will be sent a notification of when your order is ready for contactless collection.
